Welcome to MagicPix.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using MagicPix.ai, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, any other user.

3. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd (“Stripe”) or other approved third-party providers. MagicPix.ai does not store or process credit card data directly. We maintain PCI DSS SAQ-A level compliance through Stripe’s hosted payment systems.

Refunds are provided only where required under the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. User Content

By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use it. You grant MagicPix.ai a limited licence to process, enhance, or store your content for the purpose of providing our service. You remain the owner of your original images.

5. Intellectual Property

All website design, graphics, logos, software, and content are the property of MagicPix.ai unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Queensland law. To the extent permitted, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Data Protection and Security

MagicPix.ai implements secure, encrypted communication and storage systems. Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption and never handled or stored by us. You can review Stripe’s own PCI compliance certification at stripe.com/docs/security.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
